Ground floor facilities:

Drying room with dehumidifier and washing machine. Double shower/wet room with toilet and basin. Open plan lounge-dining area with television, DVD player and CD player. Well equipped studio kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, hood extractor, dishwasher, microwave and two fridges. French doors open out onto a shared walled lawn area of approximately half an acre, ideal for picnics and barbeques.   

First floor facilities:

2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and a large bedroom with 4 single beds. Bathroom with toilet and basin.
